GENERAL TERMS• I have the right to reject any order by any reason.------------------------------------------------PAYMENT• Payment shall be only in EUR.• Commissions shall be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after finished.• I shall send you an invoice via Paypal you should pay.------------------------------------------------PROCESS AND DELIVERY• While I'm working on your commission, I will contact you to assure it is what you want.• I shall make explicit an estimative of when I can deliver your commission.• If anything comes up that will cause the delivery time to be delayed, I shall notify you as soon as possible.• Once the piece is finished, you shall receive very accordingly what you have comissioned me.

(Understand that I am very open to revisions and improvements, so don't be afraid to ask any improvements. However, I shall stop those extras immediatally if I notice you are abusing of me)------------------------------------------------COPYRIGHT AND USAGE• I shall NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.• I shall RETAIN all Copyrights of the commissioned artwork.• Artworks commissioned are for personal use only. If for commercial use, we must discuss its price.• I shall NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in any nonsaleable publications.
